The first product has been developed in the colonial store by Richard Fricke with the approval of Prince of Pszczyna from Anhalt Köthen Pless family. Manufacturing process lasts all year, every few days a single ingredient is added. Recommended by Association of Confectioners and Restaurateurs of Pszczyna.
Krupnik of Pszczyna is served chilled during the summer - in a glass on the high leg, and hot during the winter - in the glass named karczmarz (inn-keeper). Excellent as an aperitif for snacks and light meat dishes, often served as a dessert drink as well.
